What are the benefits of registering as a Chemitop Customer?
Guests are welcomed to browse our product range but only registered customers are able to view prices and volume discounts. In addition, we offer our customers the privilege to take advantage of the weekly promotions which are announced through our e-Newsletters. From time to time we also offer loyalty programs to enable our customers to pay for orders by redeeming points earned from past orders.
How do I create an account?
Step 1 Complete user information.
Step 2 Complete company details.
Step 3 Add physical and postal addresses.
Step 4 Verify a South African mobile number.
Step 5 Verify email.
Step 6 Voila! You can start using your account and enjoy the member benefits.
How do I reset my password?
Step 1 Click on Login located on the top right corner of the website.
Step 2 Use the Forgot Your Password and follow through the process.
How do I add an user to my team?
Step 1 Log in with the registered credential.
Step 2 Click on Team Member (pink button) from the sub-menu.
Step 3 Read the Please Note messages. Complete user information.
Step 4 Click on Add and voila!
How do I add multiple delivery addresses?
Step 1 Log in with the registered credential.
Step 2 Click on Address Book (green button) from the sub-menu.
Step 3 Add physical address of a new delivery location.
Step 4 Click on Add.
Step 5 Set your Preferred Address (optional).
What's the procedure to order online?
Visit our Products page > View Product / Quick Add > Review Order > Confirm amount on order > Choose a payment method > Confirm order. During this process, your order may require our attention such as quoting delivery fees before proceeding to the final steps. Please be assured that we value your business and do appreciate your patience.
How do I cancel an order?
Orders can be cancelled at anytime before payment by sending an email to email@example.com. Please indicate [ Order Number: Cancellation Before Payment ] on the subject line.
How do I request an exchange/return?
At the time of registration for an account, a customer would have consented the agreement to our Terms & Conditions. Please review under Return of Goods for restrictions. Should you wish to proceed with the exchange/return, please email firstname.lastname@example.org and indicate on the subject line [ Order Number: Return/Exchange ].
What is a Special Order?
Chemitop is a multinational company with the capability to offer over 500 standard and customisable adhesive and sealant products around the world. However, due to various external factors, not all product lines are made available in each country; or the safety inventory levels at each warehouse may be insufficient to service an immediate demand. For this reason we encourage our customers to consult our OEM Department for all private label or Chemitop brand products that are not displayed on our website by means of a Special Order.
How do I place a Special Order?
Please contact us at OEM@chemitop.co.za. To initiate an effective discussion, we request our customers to advise at the time of enquiry: the company details, product type and quality requirements, and estimated procurement per annum. This enables our staff to provide a more precise quotation in the shortest time frame possible.
PAYMENT & SHIPPING RELATED
What payment methods are accepted?
We accept credit cards, cheque cards and instant EFT as provided by PayFast. No cash or cheques. We hereby disclaim all responsibility to any monetary instruments given to any Chemitop personnel or anyone claiming to be Chemitop personnel for any purpose or reason. Should a customer insist on paying cash, please make arrangements to pay at any First National Bank (FNB) ATM to Chemitop SA (Pty) Ltd, Branch 255355, Account No. 62576729811. Please note that any fees incurred as a result of depositing cash or cheques in branch would be charged back to the customer’s account.
What delivery options do I have?
In accordance to our Terms & Conditions, all orders above R3,000 (Three Thousand South African Rand) before VAT can be delivered free of charge to any location within South Africa. Customers who prefer self-collections will be notified by means of order status changes to “Ready For Collection”.
When can I expect deliveries?
An order is considered confirmed once payment has been made. Orders confirmed after 11AM are usually captured and arranged for delivery/collection on the following business day.
